Did you know there is a wealth of free resources on Wyoming history available to you online? Join us at the Meeteetse Museums for an exclusive Member Event where we’ll explore free online history resources and show you how to use them. Whether you want to do genealogy work or you’re just interested in local history, this hands-on session will show you how to dig up hidden local treasures.
During this interactive workshop, Museum staff will tell you about free resources, then guide you through using them. We will dive deep into the Wyoming Digital Newspaper Collection and explore the Meeteetse Museums’ PastPerfect Collections. Brian Beauvais, Curator at the Park County Archives, will share online resources available through their website, including the interactive Park County Archives Online Maps.
This special presentation takes place on June 23rd at 3:00 PM at the Meeteetse Museums. Admission is entirely free for current museum members.
